Useful Wood Company

Helping people to develop confidence and self-esteem and learn a range of useful transferable skills that will assist them to get into paid work.

The Useful Wood Company is a social Enterprise project established by Welcome Church for the creation of jobs, training and volunteering opportunities.

The function of The Useful Wood Company is the collecting of scrapped timber from the construction industry and recycling it for resale and or creating such items as furniture, garden and ornamental items again for sale. In addition, Useful Wood contributes to the reduction of the harmful and wasteful practice of landfill.
